Getting worried

My bf and I had sex 12 days ago and he didn’t finish inside me but he finished on the bed, I don’t think anything got on me. I just switched to a new pill but of the same strength. I was taking my old pill for almost a year. Before I got my period on the 3rd day of my placebo but it’s the 3rd day and there’s no sign it’s near. Should I be worried I’m pregnant? Or is it because of me switching pills? Please be nice I’m genuinely wondering.
