Period like cramps?

Hi guys! I’ve been having some period like cramps for about a few days now. I’m supposed to start in about a week and a half. I did noticed a little bit of creamy/watery cm in underwear and a little creamy cm but not a lot when I wipe. Barley noticeable. Yesterday I was having bad back cramps and today they are there just got as bad but the cramps are like period like cramps but nothing like terrible. Is this pms? I took another test and it was negative.
