Think your pregnant while having the implant birth control

So i have had this implant for months now and idk why but i was told the missing periods and spotting would go away after a while and for 3 months i thought i was pregnant but i was just 3 months late for my period no baby at all im so happy because im only a teen so if you get the implant know it is normal to have it happen
