Lower belly feels like I need a poo like it’s aching like I need a poo. But I really don’t need to go!!

That’s how mine started. I felt super constipated with nothing to poop out.

Contractions to me felt like menstrual cramps. But when you get that pressure, time it. Contractions will be consistent and will not change when you switch positions. My contractions started at 15 minutes apart almost on the dot.
