cramping after sex with iud?

so a little backstory, i got my iud back in november and just recently (past month or so) started having sex maybe about 2 times a week, i had sex on sunday and today (tuesday) started getting cramps, keep in mind i haven’t had any cramps the other times i’ve had sex so i don’t know if i should be worried... i’m not bleeding or anything, just cramps. this is also the first time i’ve been sexually active in a long time so maybe my body is just trying to get used to it.. has anyone else had this happen to them?? i just set up an appointment with my gyno to have a little iud check up in abt 2 weeks but i still wanted to post on here and maybe get some feedback !! thank you so much
