Pulsating pain in side 11DPO?

I really really am trying not to symptom spot. However I’m 11DPO today but BFN this morning. Woke up with a headache which never happens but then this afternoon I felt this pulsating, throbbing pain in my right side of my uterus. Not cramping. It was like jabs that came in waves. Very bizarre. Just curious if that could be implantation/corpus luteum cyst? Has anyone experienced that before a BFP? Just trying to stay hopeful.
