Sore boob

I am 2-3dpo, and only my left boob hurts!! My right boob is perfectly fine, kind of sore but I can touch it and not be like OUCH. But my left side is KILLING ME. it’s swollen and tender and hurts to even walk so I have to hold it. I’m a B cup now, and I never had this problem. I just ended my birth control a few months ago. Does this happen to anyone else?? 😭
