Redness

Excuse the angry face lol, my son started getting this red rash on top of his lip today and also some on his nose, anyone know what it could be? I'm not so worried about the one on his cheek cause it's been there for 6 months (he's had a runny nose for 6 consecutive months and when he rubs his nose he pushes the buggers that way). He's not teething, and I don't think it's related to the runny nose bc as I mentioned the runny nose has been there for 6 months.
