Length of heavy bleed

I had a missed miscarriage, but started lightly bleeding soon after. Because of this, my midwife and I decided to try to let it happen naturally. I was measuring 8 weeks and 5 days

Today at 4 pm I passed the fetus and, as is common, started heavily bleeding. My midwife said to give it 3-5 hours for the heavy bleeding to taper off and if it doesn't, to go to the hospital. It has now been almost 5 hours, BUT I did nap for two-three of them, with my legs raised. Obviously, when I got up there was a big rush. Should I extend my time a bit before becoming concerned?

I feel fine other than the cramping.
