Intermitten fasting
Just curious for a gf of mine.
Does anyone out there do intermitten fasting and shift work ?
One week she works 3 night shifts and then the next week she works 3 day shifts. Is she able to take a Sunday for example and switch her eating times to set up the next week for fasting or does that kill the purpose ?
