help please

my dog got spayed on the 10th and her incision looks weird. it doesn't smells or have yellow discharge or anything but it almost looks like her stitches are too tight. she's going in friday to get them removed but should i take her sooner?

update: took her in. they think she had a reaction to the stitches. they went ahead and took them out and said to just watch her. thank you guys so much!
