Why does coffee make me hungry instead of full?

Question

I drink an iced coffee with cream and French vanilla syrup (sweet). I get full at first but maybe an hour or two later I get ravenously hungry like I haven’t eaten for days but I eat before I drink my coffee. 
Isn’t coffee supposed to suppress your appetite?

Probably all the sugar? It’s like eating maccas and being starving 10 mins later. 😂

Protein and Fibre curve appetite. There isn't Fibre or protein in coffee. It temporarily may fill you up but isn't going to keep you feeling full for long

I like to use a caramel premier protein in my coffee as the creamer and the protein fills me up.
