What is the longest a 1 year old can go safely without pooping

My baby has always gotten constipated. Since she was a newborn. I have been to the dr multiple times for it. I tried pears, pear juice , prunes , peaches , veggies. Nothing helps.

She then was prescribed a liquid medication to take when she is condtipated . Well it doesn’t work either. I will give it to her twice a day for days and nothing. She sometimes goes almost 2 weeks without going.

I am so worried.

Then the dr tells me well if she doesn’t go by this day then give her a suppository. Do u know how hard it is to give those to a screaming kicking 1 year old. Even then it barely works . What do I do
