Folic acid dosage
Hello everyone
Its my first pregnancy and I’m 5 weeks 5 days. I recently moved to a new country and still did not choose my doctor. I have visited 2 doctors so far.
The first doctor i visited gave me 400mcg of folic acid. Then I visited another doctor who gave me 100mcg folic acid. I’m a bit confused on who to trust and what is the right dosage of folic acid to take. I’m worried as I know its very critical in the first semester.
