How to decrease first trimester bloat?
I’m 9.5 weeks with my second and the past few days have been feeling so bloated and gross. I don’t look pregnant yet, but I just look pudgy and my pants don’t fit. Anything I can to reduce bloat? I drink tons of water and try to work out 4-5 days a week. Or if anyone else had this happen, does it go away?? I don’t remember this happening in my first pregnancy...
