Why does the scale say one number then a while later another?

So I been weight myself sometimes a few hours pass it says I weight one pound more sometimes one pound less. But I see my stomach has shrieked a lot. One minute it says a number then like 3 minutes later a different one I think it might be scale I need to get a new one.

Depending on when you had your meals or when to the restaurant your body changes weight, it never stays the same the whole day that is normal , try only weight in your self in the morning right when you wake up .
