Best collagen with biotin?

I'm doing keto and dropped 19 lbs so far. I have 15 more to go but didn't realize until now how much collagen is so important for loose and aging skin.  What are some good and affordable collagen products. Pills or powder?

I’ve been using this. I don’t know if it has boitin in it. I’ve been taking this for joints and skin. It has a very slight flavor and collagen gets slimy especially in cold liquids so I suggest drinking it in something hot. It makes the texture easier do handle.

Powdered marine collagen for best absorption.  You can mix into anything. Im an old lady (43), been taking it for years to prevent skin laxity. It works!

Congrats! I’m planning on doing powder postpartum. I’ve never taken it before but from what I’ve been researching, the amount you take can help increase the results and impact it has on your body. Some studies showed that not taking enough wouldn’t have noticeable results, and many supplements I saw didn’t seem very high. So if you do go for the supplement form, make sure it’s a high enough amount. Otherwise I don’t think it really matters, I just prefer powders as I can easily add it to smoothies (I prep a bunch of fruit/veggie smoothie bags and keep them in my freezer so have them multiple times a week if not daily).
