Dizzy & out of breathe?

19 weeks almost 20 and I can’t breathe even when I’m sitting down. I get up and get dizzy and see black dots at the corner of my eye. Should I call my doctor or is this normal? Also my heart beats super fast

Definitely call your doctor to discuss. You can get dizzy while pregnant but it should be checked out.

I reckon a doctors check is in order, you could be anemic or lacking vit B12 so you cant absorb iron making you anaemic. It's not a huge deal and easily fixed, but its beat to get these things checked. 
Also low blood pressure can do that so just give your doctor a ring and get a pregnant MOT :)
