Help!!!

So I’m 12wks pregnant and have more discharge, been sweating and feeling more wet down there.. ice switched to cheeky underwear and going to invest in panty liners.. I have what I believe to be chaffing near my bum but also close to my vagina.. has anyone experienced this before? It just seems red and irritated kinda like a diaper rash.. should I worry be concerned? Any advice?!
