Workout schedule help?

Hey so I wanted to get a good, realistic schedule going for myself finally but I don’t get how it works...I hear people say “leg day” “cardio day” etc so how do I plan? I used to just do everything in one day but maybe that’s why it never lasted? Should I focus on a part a day? What about how often to include yoga or Pilates? Cardio? Thank you I know it’s such a basic question lol I just don’t want to try to do everything every day and fail again because I’m overdoing it. Also how often should rest days be?
