Vitex and Ovulation
I have long cycles (45ish days) so I usually don’t ovulate until around day 20-25. I am trying to get my cycles more regular and ovulate day 14-16 so my husband and I have more opportunities for conception. I just started vitex this week. I’ve heard mixed reviews. Any insight if I should continue taking vitex?
