Back labor question?

When you had back labor was it constant or did it come and go like regular labor.

It never ended! It sucked just a constant pain that went from a 7-10-7 and back to 10 I don’t wish it on anyone. Someone told me regular labour you actually gets breaks in between contractions.

I haven’t had back labor but online it says you do not get a break from the back pain! And then add contractions on top of that
