I am 15 weeks 1 day and I have had headaches everyday for the past week, can’t sleep at night, and watery discharge. Does anyone have these symptoms as well? What did you do to help the headaches and insomnia?

I’ve had really watery discharge from day 1, I literally have to check myself every time I get a ‘gushing feeling’, my midwife told me it was totally fine though. If you’re getting really bad headaches every day you should mention it to your midwife at some point as it can be a sign of something else, just to be on the safe side

Drink lots of water. I usually get headaches when I’m dehydrated

I had really bad insomnia and daily headaches for 3 weeks straight. When I mentioned it to my doctor he told me to take two 500mg (1000mg total) extra strength Tylenol at night before bed for 3-4 nights in a row to get rid of the headaches so I can sleep. I ended up only needing to do it for 2 nights and then the insomnia left. I now only have headaches and insomnia on occasion.
