Anxiety 😟
I recently found out that I suffer anxiety depression. (All these years of having the symptoms not knowing this was an issue) So to cope with it I smoke CBD & it’s the best thing ever. It relaxes me and I’m not so irritated and I’m not dwelling on the past. I’m afraid that I will get addicted to the CBD or not know how to function without it! What else can I do to prevent the anxiety?
