Can dehydration affect the results of the diabetes test?
Probably a stupid question. I was just curious because I know that eating/drinking too much can affect it, depending on what lab/office you go to, but I didn’t get to ask about dehydration.
I have to fast and get dehydrated fairly easy. I stopped drinking/eating at midnight and last time I did this, they said I was dehydrated enough that I needed an IV.
