I randomly woke up on 7dpo with a runny nose a little bit of a cough but hardly anything I don’t have allergies nor do I feel unwell in myself I just got on with my day to day life

I am now on 10dpo I still have the runny nose don’t really cough anymore breast pain cramps and always feeling tired even though I haven’t done anything ???

I have read on the internet it can be a sign of implantation has anyone has these kinds of symptoms and have positive test

I want to test but my period isn’t for another 4-5 days so think it might be a early yet
