Sounds dumb I know lol but I’m a week late for my period and experiencing nausea and extreme fatigue. All pregnancy tests have come back negative but I truly just feel like I am pregnant

If your tests are negative then the symptoms aren't due to pregnancy.

That's just progesterone rising. If you ovulated later then your period will be too. Most women don't get pregnancy symptoms until after 6 weeks when the sac is formed. Even if you never had these symptoms before it's still apart of the tww. Pms and pregnancy symptoms are alike.
