Help please

Has anyone had semi heavy bleeding early pregnancy and still been pregnant I haven’t got any positives all week until I started bleeding three days before my supposed period, glow is usually on point with when I start and finish yet this cycle it started three days earlier and I started getting faint positives after the bleeding started I’m so confused and nervous.. these were all taken yesterday if you zoom in you can see the second lines a bit better
