Spotting for 3/4 days before period normal?
Hi everyone has anyone experienced a long spotting period (3-4 days before period) followed by a normal 4 day period? This is the second month it has happened to me. I’m usually very regular and my period doesn’t last longer than 4 days.
We have been trying to get pregnant and no luck. I also have cramps the entire 8 days which I usually do not. Is this just because I’m getting older?
