My shower looks like that when I’m done, but I don’t ever need to brush my hair and I wash it maybe once a week. So a lot of it is build up of hair that would’ve fallen out over the week from brushing and/or regular washing. Plus, my hair is thick so it LOOKS like a lot more than it really is because the strands are thick.

I have that amount sometimes when I go over 3 days without washing my hair and keep it up in a bun/ ponytail so it just all comes out at once

That’s seems like a lot especially if it’s within one shower! Are you stressed? Have you talked to your doc?

I don’t brush my hair and that’s about how much comes out. Mine is kinda short which is why I don’t brush it and why more comes out I think
