I’m scared I’m having a miscarriage with my first pregnancy. I just started spotting yesterday and it stopped and just started again a little while ago. I also had a hemorrhoid. I called a 24 hour nurse and she said since I have cramps and I’m bleeding (light pink, light red) then it’s probably a miscarriage. My cramps have been minimal and they’re on and off.
