Question about ovulation...

Maybe this is a stupid question but I’m worried. So I’m on CD 19, first round of clomid 100mg days 5-9, as suggest by my OB. I’ve been taking opk’s since CD 10 and finally got a positive on CD 14-15, so I waited until CD 17 and I started progesterone suppositories because I have a reoccurring miscarriage issue. Well I just took a opk again and it’s positive. Does this mean I’m going to ovulate again?? Is the progesterone going to prevent my egg from releasing? 🥺🥺
