Bleeding

Sorry girls but need some reassurance...

I had twins 18th December by emergency c.section. They were 31+4 weeks. I was expressing for 5weeks and stopped. I had bleeding from birth which was mucusy blood which i guess is normal? for 6weeks and now my twins are 9 weeks old and i am now bleeding again! This time its very very very heavy! Like a period but so heavy! Ive never in my whole life have had a period this heavy its scaring me! Im changing my pad every 2hours. Tried super tampons and well...that was just a bloody mess! 😫 i swear this bleeding is making me more tired! Anyone else had this? Please help! X
