My husbands paternity leave is 12 weeks, but our plan is for him to use 4 weeks and spread the others out as needed since he only has about 4 weeks of it that will be fully paid.

Last pregnancy I was induced at 37 weeks exactly due to preeclampsia.

This pregnancy, so far no preeclampsia but high blood pressure. My new OB says he will “probably induce me early, could be 37 weeks or 39 weeks - it all depends on my blood pressure.”

My husband needs an exact day to start leave tomorrow. Should we have him start leave when I’m exactly 37 weeks?
