Is this spotting tiny specs of blood normal??

So every now and then when I go to the bathroom I notice a tiny little spec of discharge with a tint of red/pink blood. It's almost microscopic, I'm surprised I even notice it sometimes but it's been making me wonder. I don't feel any cramping or anything, I have pretty normal symptoms so far. Nauseous, tired, swollen boobs etc. I'm 11+6. I just started throwing up for the first time about 3 days ago. It's subsided but I'm not sure if I will continue to throw up. I hope not. But this little blood thing has me a little worried.
