Any NOT sleep train and experiencing this?
Is it the dreaded 18 month sleep regression?
The past week/week and a half I have been going through this with my daughter. I will rock her for a good 10 mins when I notice she is relaxed and sleeping. I got to slowly transfer her to her crib and she will become stiff and wake up.
I have been getting her up one time and then try again 10 mins later and if she wakes again, that’s when I simply walk out of her room. The past couple nights she has taken anywhere between 2-10 minutes to finally settle from crying and lay herself down.
Well I just tried nap time (my MIL watches her during the week and will lay in her bed - my MIL’s bed cause we live with her) and she will sleep there. I haven’t encountered any nap issues on Saturday’s normally until today. Sunday’s for the past month, I have been having issues getting her down. I go see my parents for the day and that’s where she naps. Not sure what’s going on there too? Maybe the unknown? Is this a separation anxiety stage?
Anyways, it’s making me so anxious to lay her down anymore. And so much to the point where my heart beat beats soooo hard that I just know that my daughter can sense it.
Is anyone else who has not sleep trained struggling with this??
