Leaky bladder when jumping?

So I don’t have bladder leaks ever so I thought I was in the clear. But I recently started working out again and as part of my cardio I do jump rope and every time I jump back down to the floor a little bit of pee comes out. I’m 4 months pp is this normal?

Very very normal. Keep doing your pelvic floor exercises, but unfortunately this is a long term problem for a lot of women after birth!

This happened to me too. I never leaked during or even after baby. Right around 3-4 months I started leaking during any jumping activity. 
I found that going to the restroom right before working out helps some. I have definitely neglected doing any pelvic floor exercises, but that will also help. You can just google exercises to help with pelvic floor strength.

I remember this after having my first, for her birthday we took her to a trampoline park and I couldn't jump without a hut of wee coning out. I'd neglected doing my kegels, so did them religiously since and it has improved.
