Need help!
I've had clogged ducts for the last two days and I can't unclog them, any tips? They aren't overly sore until right before I'm about to feed then I get a shooting pain in both breast. I'm pretty sure that's what clogged ducts are? I'm new to breastfeeding so this is all uncharted territory.
Any help would be appreciated thanks!
