I’m due April 4 so I’m just about to be 34 weeks and baby is running large! Not so much a weight thing, but I’ve been trying to work out daily for my own mental health. I’m usually very athletic in regular life and exercise is a big part of how I manage anxiety. For those of you still working out, just curious what you’re doing?

I’ve been doing light Peloton rides (though legs are starting to hit my belly! haha), some pre-natal yoga on Peloton’s app, and just signed up for a free trial of Obé fitness. I like their sculpt classes. Also been walking, but the last couple weeks here in DC it’s been cold, so I’ve avoided that due to fear of slipping!

Just curious how you guys are working out and staying motivated during winter. Thanks Mamas! ♥️
