I don't think it has, I know it has. Before the pandemic I wasn't what you would call a social butterfly, but I enjoyed having friends over at the weekend. I enjoyed strolling through bookstores, drinking coffee in Cafés, meeting people by coincidence in the city and to go grab some food and catch up. All that, all the spontaneous stuff and treating myself after a long day at work by hanging at the bookstore or going for a swim, it's been gone for a long time.
It affects me. I miss it so much and there are days I really struggle. There is some ttc and infertility related stuff I struggle with that is more complicated because of covid, that affects my emotional health greatly, too. 
Then I feel guilty because this is a effing pandemic that killed so many people and all the restrictions are to keep people save, including me and my loved one's and friends. 
All this sucks and I really wish it would  come to an end soon, but everything I read speaks against that possibility.

At first it did because I wasn’t able to work & make money, now I’ve just kind of gotten used to being home more & isolated. It’s shown me who are my real friends & I guess somewhat gave me more sense of what really matters.

For me no in the sense that it hasn’t been negative. Overall I would say my mental health got so much better in the last year because I got to slow down and not over work myself. I worked so much before I decided to quit my job because I was deteriorating completely back in April. I worked 80hrs a week 7 days a week for an entire month prior to quitting.
