What signs did you have ? 
I was induced with first so not a clue feel like a first time mum 🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♀️🙈

I had a planned csection with my first and never felt the contractions before. This time, at 36 weeks I woke up in middle of the night with contractions and my whole body shaking. They gave me a shot to stop contractions. I’m 37 weeks today. Yesterday, I could have slept the whole day but didn’t sleep at all last night. The contractions are starting back up now too.

With my first I was induced also! With my second he came a month early so it wasn’t really on my radar but I had big chunks of mucus, frequent/loose stools (like I felt like I couldn’t stop pooping), and for me the contractions I started having were making my csection scar burn. I actually called the doctor to see if that was okay and she told me it was likely just adhesions breaking loose and not concerning. That night I had contractions that periodically woke me up. I called the clinic the next morning because nothing really seemed to change it (position, rest, water, etc). I went in and the same doctor checked me, determined I wasn’t in labor because I was still only 1cm dilated and sent me home. I just did my normal day, went grocery shopping even. There were a couple of times in the store that I had to stop to breathe through a contraction (scared a dad in the produce aisle—I think he thought he was about to deliver a baby 😂) but most of them were pretty easy to get through. I was having them 7-10 min apart all day long.
After I made dinner I couldn’t sit at the dining room table because the seat was too hard. I ate dinner in the recliner and that’s when things started to be more labor-y. I remember certain positions being super uncomfortable during a contraction, especially lying down, and started standing or being on my hands and knees during contractions. At that point my husband told me to call out of work the next day and he called the doctor on call as well as my mom. I was 8cm by the time I got to L&D. My son was born at 12:36 am, about 30 hours after I started having the change in contraction pain.
