Doing the DEED after the baby 👀

Hi mamas!

Can I get some what-to-expect/tips for postpartum intercourse? We have already experimented with foreplay and I sadly tore A LOT in my delivery and have already realized that my vagina is very different. Things I liked no longer feel good and my old sensitivity spots no longer exist and I have new ones I guess but it’s very different. I’ve heard a bunch of things about pain during sex and stuff so needless to say, I’m quite scared for it. Can you guys share your experiences and what helped you? Thanks!
