Confused

I had a missed miscarriage in December and I got my first period again after that on Jan 5th-8th, it was a normal period.

Well this month on Feb.5th I started spotting followed by light bleeding the next day and then spotting again the day after that. (Didn’t test cause I didn’t think anything of it then) According to this app I am 2 days away from ovulation but this morning I woke up and went pee I had some slight brown spotting when I wiped. I’ve since been slightly crampy. Could I just be ovulating early and what could be the cause for the wonky period?
