Af late & im scared to test

I got a reading done last summer & she said I'll get a bfp between Feb 3-23, come to find out i started ovulating on the third & my period was due yesterday still nothing & my last 6 or so cycles have been like clockwork. I'm scared I'll see another negative I'll literally lose my mind. My boobs are sore (nipples too that's not my norm), nauseous & tired all the time. Even if I do get a bfp im scared imma have a miscarriage again, my nerves is just up yall😭
