Could I be pregnant?

My period is irregular but I started taking upspring fertility + for a week just right after my period. Had a bunch of egg white cm which I never really get. Ovulation was feb 16 which would only make me 5dpo.

But my boobs have been hurting before I started my period (Jan 30) and they have not stopped being sore since. The soreness usually go away after my period ends but this time it’s still there.

Has anyone had sore boobs like this and ended up pregnant? Ttc for a year now 🤞🤞🤞
