Bright yellow discharge and urine?

I have noticed in the last couple weeks I’ll randomly have very bright (like highlighter) yellow mixed with white and clear discharge and my urine is also the same color.

But I’ve been drinking a ton of water so I don’t understand if somethings wrong possibly?

I have no other symptoms and there’s no smell, I just notice it when I wipe every now and then. And sometimes it’s just regular and clear. I’m so confused! I’m 38+3 days
