First positive opk or peak opk?

Which opk do you go by? I thought you were supposed to stop testing after your first positive opk, but then I hear people talking about a peak. Do you keep testing until it starts to go negative again and go by peak?

First positive.
Ovulation is triggered if LH passes on certain level, that is it. How lon  the LH is st that level or above it, is irrelevant, it just has to pass the lebgel. And that is what a positive opk shows you. Levwl that LH has reached.
It is kind of the same as filling a cup under tap at one point it is full, no matter how long as you let it overflow it was full at one point already.

I test until I get a negative which is the day after my initial positive.
