At a tough spot

My brother is planning on getting married in April, I will be 37 weeks pregnant. He is planning on having 150 guests. I am stuck because he’s my brother and I want to be their to support him but me being pregnant and this happening during a pandemic is stressing me out. He is really young and doesn’t take this pandemic serious as you can see he is having this pretty big wedding 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m crying because I want to be there for him but I don’t know if I should go... Advice please.
