Ectopic pregnancy at 6weeks

I was 6weeks pregnant and my baby got stuck in my left filopian tube and I had internal bleeding and my baby’s heart beat wasn’t detectable and then they had to put me to sleep and take my baby and left tube out 😢 🥺❤️ it’s really a hard time for me atm loosing my baby never thought I’d be put through this I just came back from hospital two days ago recovering with mixed emotions 😟🥺❤️ Sad I didn’t get a chance to hug or hold my 1st child 💔 But my angel is up there and always will be loved by me no matter what🥺😢
