If I say the names Hollie and Madison, do you automatically think of Holly Madison?

I love the name Madison for my second child if she's a girl. I already have a daughter called Hollie. 
I'm a bit worried that if I called my second child Madison that people would think of the early 2000's play boy bunny called Holly Madison

I’d say go for it! Seeing it together like that definitely did make me think of her lol, but for siblings I don’t think it matters. If it was a first and middle name that would be different. 
You could always say “Madison and Hollie” instead of it bothers you. 
Plus kids their age (and tbh probably even like anyone younger than millennials) will have no idea who she is.

So... How often is your name said with your siblings? 
 Most of the time through life your child will be identified by their name and only their name (like in school and what not)..it's not like they will say then together a lot. If it were me I would not worry too much about it. 
By the way I am a twin and still don't think I get called my name and then my sister's name in the same sentence often.

I remember who Holly Madison is, but she's becoming significantly less known. Not many people are going to know the names of all your kids, except for your friends and family.  If the people who are important to you would actually think that you'd name your kids after this woman, then that's their erroneous assumption. But I definitely don't think it will effect your kids in the future, she will be long forgotten by then, so if you love the name, go for it.
